Tracking Your Order
You should receive your tracking number within 48 hours (2 business days) of placing your order. Please check your inbox, including your junk/spam folders, for an email from support. It also takes about the same time for your router to be programmed and shipped from the warehouse. After that, it will arrive based on the shipping service you chose during checkout.
Initial Setup
- Router Installation
- Connect your router to the power supply.
- Allow approximately 20 minutes for the system to initialize.
- WiFi Connection
- You will see networks for both 5GHz (faster) and 2.5GHz (wider coverage).
- Connect to the 5GHz network for the best performance. The WiFi password is located underneath the router.
- Repeat these steps for all devices you wish to connect.
