2) Circularity — restates the premise as the proof.

3) Buzzword Salad — terms stack without relations.

- Remedy: define subject → action → object with one verb and one promise.
4) Passive Fog — hides the actor and the accountability.
- Signals: “It will be done,” “errors were made,” “it should be noted.”
- Remedy: Name the actor and timeline (“The NOC escalates Sev-1 incidents within 5 minutes.”).
5) Scope Drift — mixes use cases, audiences, or timeframes in one breath.

6) Weasel Qualifiers — pile of adverbs to avoid commitment.
