  • In the absence of literacy, X sealed agreement. In Logos, it still signifies binding will.

Y — Yardstick / Yea

  • Measure of justice, affirmation of choice.
  • Yardstick (standard), yea (affirmation), youth (future heirs of law). Y balances law’s measure and continuity.

Z — Zone / Zenith

  • The boundary and the peak.
  • Zone, zoning, zenith, zero tolerance. Z closes the circle, marking law’s edge and completion.

Logos Synthesis

  • Each letter is a statute of meaning.
  • Together, A–Z is one Word.
  • Alpha and Omega are not abstract metaphors but literal boundaries: the alphabet itself.

Thus:
“The Alphabet is the Law’s Covenant — finite in graphemes, infinite in justice. From A to Z, Logos is spelled into order.”
