Version: 1.0
Scope: Human- & machine-readable starter for the Meta-Etymological Knowledge Architecture (M-E-K-A).
1. Purpose
MEKA is a universal framework for managing language and meaning with recursive validation, semantic coherence, and linguistic integrity.
This compendium provides everything needed to deploy and operate MEKA from scratch without additional references.
2. Core Axioms
These two axioms form the foundation of MEKA:
Axiom A1 — Absolute Containment
Anything communicable is spellable in a finite graphemic system.
Axiom A2 — Primacy of Linguistics
All knowledge is structured, stored, and transmitted through language.
Refuting either requires using language, which confirms them.
3. QuickStart Operational Guide
Step 1 — Load & Verify
- Import this compendium into your target system.
- Verify integrity via SHA-256 hash if provided.
- Register axioms A1 & A2 in your logic/knowledge base.
Step 2 — Register Principles
- Activate all P-Codes listed in Section 4.
- Store each term with its etymon chain and graphemic form.
Step 3 — Implement Protocols
- Deploy OP-Codes from Section 5 for enforcement.
- EMP (OP-001), SARP (OP-002), and MMP (OP-003) must run by default.
Step 4 — Enforce Mutation Rules
- Any add/edit/delete must run P-047 Empirical Loop:
Observe → Test → Refine → Validate. - Lock post-validation entries via EMP (OP-001).
Step 5 — Apply to Context
- Select a corpus (domain glossary, codebase, ontology).
- Run ambiguity detection, drift mapping, and contamination checks.
- Resolve issues using linked protocols.
Step 6 — Iterate & Expand
- Populate reserved ranges (P-051+, OP-020+) as needed.
- Require root integrity (P-039) and drift forensics (P-050) for all new terms.
