Chino Hills is a city located in the southwestern corner of San Bernardino County, California, United States. The city borders Los Angeles County to its west and Orange County to its south and east. Chino Hills is part of the Inland Empire region.

As of the 2010 census, the population was 74,799, up from 67,168 at the 2000 census. According to City-Data.com, Chino Hills was ranked 62nd in California and 283rd in the nation as of 2013 for safest cities. In 2008 it was ranked as the 18th safest place to live in America by Forbes magazine. A study done by 24/7 Wall St., using FBI violent crime data from 2012-2016 found that Chino hills were ranked 34th on their list with a violent crime rate per 100000 people being 134 (the US average being 386). However, this same study also states that property crimes have increased significantly since 2012.

Internet service in Chino Hills is provided by AT&T, Charter Communications, Comcast XFINITY, Frontier, and Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum). All four providers offer broadband Internet service with speeds ranging from 6 Mbps to 50 Mbps or more. Prices for Internet service vary depending on the provider and speed desired but typically start around $30 per month.
