- Verify Your Identity
- Xfinity will send a verification code to your email, phone, or via postal mail.
- Enter the code to confirm you own the account or service.
- Create Your Xfinity ID and Password
- Your Xfinity ID is usually your email address or mobile number.
- Choose a strong password (upper/lowercase, numbers, symbols).
- Set Security Information
- Pick and answer security questions for account recovery.
- Add recovery contact options for extra security.
- Agree to Terms & Finish
- Review and accept Xfinity’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create Xfinity ID to complete the setup.
