How to Create an AT&T Account


  1. Go to AT&T’s Sign-Up Page
    Visit att.com → Click Sign in (top right) → Select Create one now under the login fields.

  2. Provide Your Account Information
    • If you’re an existing AT&T customer: Enter your AT&T phone number or account number and ZIP code.
    • If you’re new: You can sign up for an AT&T PREPAID or other service first, then register.
  3. Choose Your User ID and Password
    • Your User ID may be your email address or a custom ID.
    • Pick a strong password (use upper/lowercase, numbers, symbols).
  4. Verify Your Identity
    • AT&T will send a temporary code via text, email, or phone call.
    • Enter the code to confirm you own the account or phone line.
  5. Agree to Terms & Privacy Policy
    • Review and accept AT&T’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  6. Set Security Questions & Finish
    • Choose at least two security questions for password recovery.
    • Your account is now active—sign in to manage your services online or via the myAT&T app.
