- Provide Your Account Information
- If you’re an existing AT&T customer: Enter your AT&T phone number or account number and ZIP code.
- If you’re new: You can sign up for an AT&T PREPAID or other service first, then register.
- Choose Your User ID and Password
- Your User ID may be your email address or a custom ID.
- Pick a strong password (use upper/lowercase, numbers, symbols).
- Verify Your Identity
- AT&T will send a temporary code via text, email, or phone call.
- Enter the code to confirm you own the account or phone line.
- Agree to Terms & Privacy Policy
- Review and accept AT&T’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Set Security Questions & Finish
- Choose at least two security questions for password recovery.
- Your account is now active—sign in to manage your services online or via the myAT&T app.
