How to Create a Verizon Account


  1. Go to Verizon’s Registration Page
    Visit verizon.com → Click Sign in (top right) → Select Register under the login form.

  2. Choose Your Customer Type
    • Wireless Customer — For Verizon mobile services.

  3. Enter Your Account Information
    • Wireless customers: provide your Verizon mobile number.
    • Fios/Internet customers: provide your account number or order number plus ZIP code.
  4. Verify Your Identity
    • Verizon will send a one-time PIN via text, email, or phone call.
    • Enter the PIN to confirm your account ownership.
  5. Create Your User ID and Password
    • Your User ID may be your email address or a unique name.
    • Choose a strong password that meets Verizon’s security requirements.
  6. Set Security Information
    • Select security questions for password recovery.
    • Confirm your contact email and phone number.
  7. Accept Terms & Finish Registration
    • Agree to Verizon’s Terms & Conditions.
    • Click Submit to complete the setup.
  8. Sign In to My Verizon
