How to Create a T-Mobile Account

  1. Go to T-Mobile’s Registration Page
    Visit t-mobile.com → Click Sign in (top right) → Select Sign up for T-Mobile ID under the login form.

  2. Enter Your Account Information
    • For T-Mobile wireless customers: enter your phone number.
    • For Home Internet customers: enter your account number and ZIP code (found on your bill).
    • For Prepaid customers: use your phone number and account PIN.
  3. Verify Your Identity
    • T-Mobile will send you a verification code via text, email, or phone call.
    • Enter the code to confirm you own the account or line.
  4. Create Your T-Mobile ID and Password
    • Your T-Mobile ID is usually your email address.
    • Choose a strong password (8+ characters, with uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol).
  5. Set Up Security Information
    • Select security questions for password recovery.
    • Add recovery contact options (email and/or alternate phone).
  6. Agree to Terms & Finish
    • Review and accept T-Mobile’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
    • Click Create T-Mobile ID to complete registration.
