Visit spectrum.net → Click Sign In (top right) → Select Create a Username.

- Verify Your Account Information
- If you’re a current customer, provide one of the following along with your last name and ZIP code:
- Phone number associated with your account
- Email address associated with your account
- Account number (found on your bill)
- If you’re a new customer, you’ll first need to order a Spectrum service and then follow the same verification steps.
- Create Your Username and Password
- Choose a unique username (or use your email).
- Set a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Confirm Contact Details
- Spectrum will send you a verification code via email or text.
- Enter the code to verify your identity.
- Set Security Questions
- Select and answer security questions for password recovery.
- Agree to Terms & Finish Setup
- Accept Spectrum/Charter’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create Username to complete your account registration.
