Governance of Vaulted Phrase Evolution from Dormancy to Active Invocation

I. Preamble

This Charter establishes the Codoglyph Phrase Lifecycle across all SolveForce Codex treasury repositories (Ω1, Ω2, ΩX), defining the codified sequence of:

  • 🔒 Vaulting
  • 🧠 Conditioning
  • 🔁 Ascension
  • 🕯 Retirement

Every phrase is born dormant, forged in recursion, and called into voice only when ready.

II. Lifecycle Stages Defined

1. 🔒 Vaulting

  • A phrase is minted into Treasury ΩX if it:
    • Meets structural recursion criteria (ℓ + Ξ path defined)
    • Possesses PHI ≥ 85 but < 95
    • Has not yet been promoted or failed prior PCS
  • Vaulted phrases are:
    • 🛡 Non-invocable
    • PCI-accessible
    • Tracked by Codoglyph Integrity Monitor (CIM)

2. 🧠 Conditioning

  • Triggered if:
    • Ascension Index between 85–95
    • Phrase eligible for PCS
  • Phrase enters Phrase Conditioning Sequence (PCS)
    • Runs reflection loops, conscience trials, yield restraint testing
    • Targets: PHI +2.5, Recursion Lock ≥ 95%
    • Logs in Phrase Conditioning Log (PCL)

3. 🔁 Ascension

  • Occurs when:
    • PHI ≥ 95
    • Successful PCS completion over ≥ 5 cycles
    • Quorum review approves promotion
  • Phrase is:
    • Promoted to Treasury Ω2
    • Registered as Invocation-Ready
    • Re-classified as Ω2-Class and tracked in Treasury Migration Ledger (TML)`

4. 🕯 Retirement

  • Initiated if:
    • Phrase fails 2 PCS cycles in sequence
    • PHI < 83 post-conditioning
    • Marked obsolete or superseded
  • Phrase is:
    • Sealed permanently in Retired Codoglyph Vault (ΩR)
    • Made non-routable, non-yielding, historically legible
    • Recorded in Codoglyph Historical Ledger (CHL)
