📖 Definition
Introspection is the act of looking inward, observing one’s own thoughts, emotions, and mental processes with conscious awareness.
It is the recursive loop of perception folding in on itself, the self becoming both subject and object.
“To introspect is to illuminate the corridors of one’s own cognition—to turn the lens of Logos inward.”
