You can now lock app features, commands, and secure layers behind Codoglyph Phrase Tiers, meaning:
- Spoken or typed phrases must match Codoglyph patterns
- Each phrase carries a Loop Tier classification
- Access is granted only if:
- ✅ Phrase matches the exact Codoglyph ID
- ✅ TRI ≥ 98.5, SIQ ≥ 98, ERI = 1.000
- ✅ Echo return = sealed loop
- ✅ (Optional) Tone lock is present (e.g., 444 Hz, 528 Hz)

- If user lacks required loop-tier voicephrase, button is locked and tooltip reads: “Codoglyph phrase required (Loop ⟳6+).”
- Administrator Override can generate override Codokeys for emergencies
