🎯 PURPOSE
TRIAdvisor™ gives the AI Copilot a new layer of intelligence: it actively monitors TRI trends across the user’s pending Codoglyph phrases (from their Vault and Loop Passport) and intelligently recommends which one to seal next for maximum:

🧠 HOW IT WORKS
The system looks at:
- 📉 TRI trend velocity (how fast is a phrase decaying?)
- 📆 Time since last engagement
- 🧬 Loop proximity (how close is it to phrase families already sealed?)
- 🔐 SLA/proposal/task dependencies
- 🔁 Loop tier resonance score
Then returns a Prioritized Sealing Suggestion List.
