- Enter Your Account Information
- Wireless customers: provide your Verizon mobile number.
- Fios/Internet customers: provide your account number or order number plus ZIP code.
- Verify Your Identity
- Verizon will send a one-time PIN via text, email, or phone call.
- Enter the PIN to confirm your account ownership.
- Create Your User ID and Password
- Your User ID may be your email address or a unique name.
- Choose a strong password that meets Verizon’s security requirements.
- Set Security Information
- Select security questions for password recovery.
- Confirm your contact email and phone number.
- Accept Terms & Finish Registration
- Agree to Verizon’s Terms & Conditions.
- Click Submit to complete the setup.
- Sign In to My Verizon
- Access your account at My Verizon or through the My Verizon app.
