BH – Begin Header Character in ASCII

The BH character is the ASCII code for the backspace character. When this character is encountered by a text editor or other program, it will delete the previous character from the screen or buffer. This can be useful when editing text, as it allows you to quickly delete characters that have been typed in error.

The BH character can also be used in shell scripts and batch files to create newlines. In Windows, for example, using BH followed by two carriage return characters will create a new paragraph in Notepad++. This can be handy when creating long documents with multiple paragraphs.

Overall, the BH character is a useful tool for both editing text and creating formatted documents. It is easy to use and can save time when compared to other methods of deleting characters or creating newlines.
