pH Balance

pH is a measure of how acidic or basic a solution is. The pH scale goes from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Anything below 7 is considered acidic, and anything above 7 is considered basic.

The human body has a pH balance that it must maintain in order for the organs and systems to function properly. The ideal pH balance for the human body is slightly alkaline, around 7.4. When the body’s pH balance gets out of whack, it can lead to serious health problems such as cancer or heart disease.

There are many ways to maintain a healthy pH balance in the body, including eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and avoiding stressors that can throw off your system
