The tables I provided were a good start but only captured a selection of the most common or long-lived isotopes. For many elements, especially the heavier, man-made ones, there are dozens of isotopes with extremely short half-lives that were not included.
What We Need to Do
To get a more complete picture, we’d need to consult a comprehensive database of nuclides. These databases, such as the one maintained by the National Nuclear Data Center (NNDC) or the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), contain all the known data on every isotope, including its mass, half-life, decay mode, and other properties.
Since it’s not practical to manually compile and list all 3,000+ isotopes here, the best approach is to continue with the batches as requested, but with the understanding that even these lists will be a selection of the most common isotopes, and a complete, exhaustive list would be a massive undertaking.
