How This Integrates Into the Mega Matrix

  • Every row in the Mega Biochemical Matrix can now have an additional column: Physical State at standard conditions.
  • For most biochemical entries:
    • Solids: minerals, crystalline organics (e.g., starch granules, chitin fibrils)
    • Liquids: water, lipids, liquid-phase organics
    • Gases: O₂, CO₂, N₂, volatile organic compounds
  • For astrophysical or extreme physics contexts in Logos Codex: add Plasmas and Condensates categories for completeness.
