sorry you have had problems with the update... not sure whether it is useful to you or not - but it is possible that you got more than just your ota-update modified (ie - theres a profile [1.70?] and specific updates for things like the visual-v-mail) that mightve not gotten -unfixed- when you went back to RUU... ? i know that hindsight is 20-20, but if there were some way that you can -get-back- to a version

It is not absurd, it is about choice. And looking at the last half of your post, it looks like you would also like more choice when it comes to customizing your device. ? Since asking this question over a month ago, I have flip-flopped a few times, but now think that Android does (especially now) need something like Sense.

Anybody know a way to set the order of photos in an album? I drag 'n' dropped a bunch of images onto my SD card, thinking they would display in alpha-numeric order by file name, but they display in order of date created

Has anyone lost the sound on thier Alarm Clock application within the HTC Hero
My phone did it too when I first got it so I always check the volume when setting my alarms just to ensure I don't miss it. Better to check than to miss!
